It is required that at least one author from every abstract must register no later than September 15, 2017.  Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, publication of one abstract, coffee breaks, lunch, conference reception and a welcome packet including conference proceedings and abstracts.

Professional/Academic Rates:
Early-bird Registration (June 27 – September 15, 2017):  $300 USD
Regular Registration (September 16 – October 20, 2017):  $375 USD
Walk-In Registration (October 24 – 26, 2017):  $425 USD

Student Rates:
Early-bird Registration (June 27 – September 15, 2017):  $150 USD
Regular Registration (September 16 – October 20, 2017):  $175 USD
Walk-In Registration (October 24 – 26, 2017):  $225 USD

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is not permitted; However, registration is transferable.

Invitation Letter:
An official invitation letter will be provided upon request.  To request an official invitation letter from the conference chair, participants must first complete the registration process and then send a request via email to Sue Ellen Haupt at haupt@windtechconferences.org.
