It is required that at least one author from every abstract must register no later than September 1, 2017. Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, publication of one abstract, coffee breaks, lunch, conference reception and a welcome packet including conference proceedings and abstracts.

Regular Registration (September 2 – October 20, 2017): $375 USD
Walk-In Registration (October 24 – 26, 2017): $425 USD

Cancellation is not permitted; However, registration is transferable.
An official invitation letter will be provided upon request. To request an official invitation letter from the conference chair, participants must first complete the registration process and then send a request via email to Sue Ellen Haupt at firstname.lastname@example.org.
